Rarely does anything happen in your business, thankfully, that stops the business in it’s tracks and you realise you rely maybe too much on that basic function to get through each day.
That happened to me last week & I noticed that e-mails I was sending were failing from a couple of my e-mail accounts. I found that I could send e-mails via my mobile phone & started cobbling together a way of working but by the next day all accounts had ground to a halt.
For me this means no hospitality event tickets going out & I rely on e-mail for that. To send & present in a professional way to my clients & it’s a daily function that is crucial to Entertainment Travel.
Thankfully we have great businesses to call on. A few messages back & forth with Joggie he set me up with Jake & after taking over my PC he talked me through what had happened & 20 minutes later I’m back up and running with some additional guidance to use the latest versions of Outlook to continue on.
This is why we use reliable & trusted people & businesses & a great example of the difference Woodstock IT makes day in and day out to small businesses like mine & much larger organisations too.

This is just a quick note to express my thanks for the excellent service we recently benefitted from.
As you know, out IT set up is far from the template set up often seen with Microsoft 365. Using One Drive, Sharepoint isn’t practical with our business dependent software and with us storing data locally is essential.
Recently a Windows 11 update included a security feature relating to NAS drives and permissions to use data on them. This update basically meant we could no longer access files on the NAS in the format we needed to. Fortunately, as we are on a support package, your team were able to identify the issue quickly and expedite some fixes to enable us to continue the work we do. The timescale for which we were “down for”, was limited to a few hours which was totally manageable.
I’d like to express my thanks to the team and am very pleased to state, that we can unreservedly recommend Woodstock IT should anyone need these services in the very near future.

I had issues using Gmail as a business account and Woodstock recommended creating an Outlook account. I was apprehensive as I had a lot of stuff to migrate but Oliver was excellent. The migration was seamless and everything was done quickly at my convenience. So far I am super impressed with the service and am looking forward to having Woodstock's IT support in the future. I have piece of mind now.
